Dubbing uses a combination of speech-to-text, machine translation, and text-to-speech voice synthesis. Output is automatically generated and may contain inaccuracies.

    3. Account Requirements

    • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
    • You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep it updated.
    • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and API key and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You may use the Service to:

    • Dub, translate, and re-voice content you own or are authorized to use.
    • Create voice clones from your own voice, or from voices you have explicit permission to clone.
    • Use the output for lawful personal or commercial purposes within your plan's limits.

    5. Prohibited Use

    You may not:

    • Upload or process content you do not own or lack the rights to use, including copyrighted material.
    • Create a voice clone of any person without their explicit consent.
    • Use dubbing, voice cloning, or translation to create deceptive content, deepfakes, impersonations, or misinformation, or to defame, harass, or defraud anyone.
    • Produce content that is illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or that incites violence.
    • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with usage limits, credits, billing, or security features.
    • Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
    • Resell or redistribute the Service except as expressly permitted.

    We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

    6. Intellectual Property & Your Content

    Your input. You retain ownership of the videos, audio, and other content you upload ("Input").

    Your output. As between you and T1Dub, you own the dubbed videos, translations, and synthesized audio generated from your Input ("Output"), subject to your compliance with these Terms and any third-party rights.

    License to operate the Service. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transcribe, translate, synthesize, and transmit your Input and Output solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for residual backups and where we must retain data by law.

    Our IP. The Service, including its software, models, branding, and design, is owned by T1Dub and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

    7. Voice Cloning Consent

    Voice cloning is powerful and easily misused. By creating a voice clone, you represent and warrant that you are the person whose voice is being cloned, or that you have obtained that person's explicit, informed consent. You are solely responsible for the legality of every clone you create and for how the resulting voice is used. We may suspend or remove clones we reasonably believe were created without consent.

    8. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

    • We offer Free, Starter, Premium, and Enterprise plans. Paid plans include a monthly allotment of credits consumed as you process videos and other jobs.
    • Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
    • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

    9. Service Availability

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

    12. Termination

    You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that creates legal risk or harm. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as IP, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

    13. Governing Law
